Public Art

I’m interested in how immersive experiences can take people out of their daily routines, spark a sense of wonder, and transform the way people understand the world. I like to explore ways that everyday stories can become larger than life and invite public participation.

Past projects have included turning photos from child care providers, parents, and residents of Los Angeles’s Chinatown into art installations online and around Southern California. I have also curated art exhibits in community spaces, and participated in an international pop up show about street chairs. My work been featured at local arts and cultural institutions including Grand Park, the Santa Monica Promenade, Lancaster Museum of Art and History, Chinese American Museum, and the Muckenthaler Cultural Center.
